Punto Banco Practices and Method

Baccarat Rules

Baccarat chemin de fer is enjoyed with eight decks of cards in a shoe. Cards under ten are valued at their printed value while 10, J, Q, K are zero, and A is one. Bets are made on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these aren’t really people; they simply represent the two hands that are dealt).

Two cards are given to both the ‘banker’ and ‘gambler’. The score for every hand is the sum of the cards, but the beginning number is dumped. For instance, a hand of five and 6 has a score of 1 (five plus six = eleven; dump the initial ‘1′).

A 3rd card could be dealt using the following rules:

- If the gambler or house achieves a value of 8 or 9, both players hold.

- If the player has five or less, he takes a card. Players stays otherwise.

- If the player stays, the house hits on 5 or less. If the gambler takes a card, a guide is used to figure out if the bank holds or takes a card.

Baccarat Odds

The larger of the 2 hands wins. Winning wagers on the banker pay out 19:20 (equal money less a 5% rake. Commission are tracked and paid off when you leave the game so be sure to have money remaining before you head out). Winning bets on the player pays 1:1. Winning bets for tie typically pay 8:1 but on occasion nine to one. (This is a poor wager as ties occur lower than 1 in every ten rounds. Be wary of putting money on a tie. However odds are substantially greater for 9:1 vs. 8 to 1)

Wagered on properly baccarat chemin de fer gives pretty good odds, aside from the tie wager of course.

Baccarat Banque Strategy

As with all games punto banco has some established misconceptions. One of which is similar to a myth in roulette. The past isn’t a fore-teller of future outcomes. Tracking previous results at a table is a poor use of paper and an affront to the tree that was cut down for our stationary desires.

The most established and definitely the most accomplished scheme is the one, three, two, six tactic. This plan is used to maximize earnings and minimizing losses.

Start by wagering one unit. If you succeed, add one more to the 2 on the game table for a sum of 3 chips on the second bet. Should you win you will retain six on the game table, remove 4 so you have 2 on the third wager. Should you come away with a win on the third round, put down 2 on the 4 on the game table for a total of six on the fourth bet.

Should you do not win on the 1st round, you take a loss of 1. A win on the 1st round followed by a loss on the second creates a loss of 2. Success on the first 2 with a hit on the 3rd provides you with a gain of 2. And success on the initial three with a defeat on the 4th means you balance the books. Winning at all 4 bets leaves you with 12, a profit of ten. This means you are able to squander the second bet 5 instances for each favorable streak of 4 bets and still break even.
