Baccarat Banque Rules and Scheme
Baccarat Regulations
Baccarat banque is bet on with 8 decks of cards in a dealer’s shoe. Cards valued less than ten are counted at face value and with Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and Ace is 1. Bets are made on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these are not really people; they just represent the 2 hands that are dealt).
Two hands of 2 cards are then given to the ‘banker’ and ‘gambler’. The score for each hand is the total of the cards, although the first digit is ignored. For instance, a hand of 5 and six has a value of 1 (5 plus six equals 11; drop the 1st ‘one’).
A third card will be given using the following rules:
- If the player or house has a total of eight or 9, both players hold.
- If the player has five or lower, she takes a card. Players stays otherwise.
- If the gambler holds, the house takes a card on a total lower than 5. If the player takes a card, a table is used to see if the banker holds or takes a card.
Baccarat Chemin de Fer Odds
The better of the 2 totals wins. Winning bets on the bank payout 19 to 20 (equal cash less a five percent rake. The Rake is kept track of and paid off once you depart the table so make sure you have cash remaining just before you head out). Winning bets on the gambler pays one to one. Winning bets for tie usually pay 8 to 1 but occasionally 9:1. (This is a awful wager as ties happen lower than 1 in every 10 rounds. Be wary of betting on a tie. However odds are substantially better for 9 to 1 versus 8:1)
Played properly baccarat banque gives relatively decent odds, aside from the tie wager of course.
Punto Banco Method
As with all games baccarat banque has a few established false impressions. One of which is close to a false impression in roulette. The past isn’t an indicator of events about to happen. Tracking past results at a table is a waste of paper and a snub to the tree that surrendered its life for our stationary desires.
The most established and definitely the most acknowledged method is the one, three, two, six plan. This method is employed to build up earnings and minimizing risk.
Start by placing one unit. If you succeed, add another to the 2 on the table for a sum of 3 chips on the second bet. If you succeed you will retain six on the table, take away four so you are left with 2 on the third bet. If you succeed on the 3rd round, add two on the 4 on the game table for a grand total of six on the 4th round.
Should you do not win on the 1st bet, you take a hit of 1. A profit on the 1st wager followed by a loss on the second creates a hit of two. Wins on the 1st 2 with a hit on the third provides you with a profit of 2. And wins on the 1st 3 with a loss on the 4th means you break even. Winning all four rounds leaves you with twelve, a gain of ten. This means you are able to squander the second wager 5 times for each favorable run of 4 bets and in the end, experience no loss.
